The Mrs. World Pageant will take place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino January 9 -16, 2022! The final competition will be held on Saturday, January 15th and Mrs. World 2020, Kate Schneider, will crown her successor.
Originally, Mrs Sri Lanka World 2019, Caroline Jurie, was crowned Mrs. World 2020, but she resigned before getting to crown a Mrs. World successor after getting arrested for assaulting her Mrs. Sri Lanka successor, Pushpika De Silva, by stripping off her crown. It was reported that De Silva sustained injuries while having the crown taken from her head.
We were sad to see how this all unfolded and even more bummed that the Mrs. World pageant would no longer be taking place in Sri Lanka, but hey- can’t go wrong with Vegas!
According to the Mrs. World official Facebook page, there is no better way to start the new year off than with the best & very first International pageant for married women!
