Lia Claxton, 18, was selected as the new Miss Universe British Virgin Islands. She is one of the three finalists in the last year\u2019s pageant which was won by Xaria Penn.<\/p>\n<p>Lia Claxton is from Tortola and she is a model and an athlete. In her spare time she loves to play the piano and it is her dream to travel around the world.
