Binibining Pilipinas is the most prestigious beauty pageant in the Philippines and one of the most anticipated competitions in the world.
Among the winners of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant this year, only 2nd Runner Up, Stacey Gabriel is left with no international competition to represent at. Nicole Borromeo will compete in January while Gabrielle Basiano, Chelsea Fernandez and Roberta Tamondong are competing this month (October) and 1st Runner up, Herlene Budol, will compete in Miss Planet International.
For now, Stacey is the lone winner with no international competition, but surely this prestigious organization will not leave it like this..
